Our founders, Brent Gordon and Sergio Pessoa, both Certified Financial Planner® professionals, have spent the better part of two decades serving high-income business owners and their families. They built Tax-Optimized Planning Solutions to do one thing exceptionally well: design and administer qualified retirement plans that deliver measurable results, backed by credentialed actuarial expertise, strict regulatory compliance, and a client experience that respects the time and intelligence of every business owner we serve.
Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, our team is intentionally distributed across the country. Our partners, actuary, investment leadership, and operations professionals work from Albuquerque, El Paso, northern New Jersey, Illinois, and Texas.
